- Development of applications and database systems through analysis of business requirements, systems designing and programming. Integrating and automating manual systems (Staff Online Services – SOLS system).
- Software documentation – Document all phases of the project (SDLC).
- Successful implementation of HR Helpdesk system using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus).
- Facilitated Senior Management Team and different Departments and Faculties with reports through statistical data analysis (HR data for Senior Management Team and Faculties).
- Process Mapping (Process re-engineering) with Agile Project Management (SPRINT Method). Gathering HR technical data on business operations to present recommendations for improving existing business processes.
- Facilitated training for HR Staff and external stakeholders with HR Systems.
